EYE photographic workshops offer a number of ways to get to grips with your camera. This will enable you to get off auto and onto the manual settings that will result in great photographs. These workshops are held at a variety of locations in and around London or at our home studio in West London.

We teach you how to see properly and understand what you are really looking at in order to take a good photograph.

You will also learn how to make the most of natural lighting, exposure control and how to then easily download and manipulate the image through simplified Adobe Photoshop software.

Most of us have digital compact cameras and use them to record personal moments and travel experiences but the end result is too often kept in its virtual state on a memory card or in your computer until ‘you get round to printing it’.

The workshop offers a very informative and stimulating solution to this to make more of your ability and help you to take photographs that are not just snapshots.

The end product is a disc to keep of images from the shoot that you can print out at small or larger sizes for your own use, and a loop of the images in a slideshow set to music to help you appreciate how photography and it’s presentation can enrich your experience of picture taking and viewing.

Each workshop venue is carefully chosen to provide a comfortable, relaxing environment set in a stimulating location so that instruction can take place on the premises or on location depending on weather.

We also arrange opportunities for you to take photographs in locations that are hard to access as a private individual so that you can really test out your photographic skills and get an experience that you will always remember – and capture.

From the pit lane of a grand prix, to the rodeo ring of a cattle ranch or in the African bush on a camel safari, to motorcycling in Morocco.
